You're not lazy.
You're not imagining it.
You're not alone.
It's common in your 40s and 50s, and too often written off as age. Helix only does low T, and we test properly.
Confidential. Our doctors have this conversation every day.
Symptom check
Sound familiar?
It rarely shows up all at once. Pick your age, then switch on anything that sounds like you.
Your age
Also common: low mood, changes in erections and feeling flat. Your doctor can look into these too.
For men who'd rather know than guess.
Many things can cause these. This isn't a diagnosis. A blood test and a doctor are how you find out.

What's included in the $150?
A doctor video consult, a 15-marker blood panel at a pathology centre near you, and your results in the app. One payment, no surprise costs. The panel: total and free testosterone, SHBG, LH, FSH, oestradiol, prolactin, full blood count, iron, thyroid, vitamin D, cholesterol, blood sugar (HbA1c), liver and kidney function.
What if my levels come back normal?
You still get a full health check, including thyroid, iron, vitamin D and blood sugar, explained by your doctor. Plenty of other things can leave you tired and flat, and your results show where to look next.
What happens after I check out?
Your doctor reviews your assessment and sends your blood test referral, usually within one business day. Once your results are in, your doctor takes you through them on a video call.
Can I talk to someone first?
Yes. Call 1300 975 707, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (Melbourne time), or send us a question any time. No commitment.
What if ongoing care is right for me?
It starts from $79 a month for check-ins and follow-up tests. Your doctor explains every cost before you commit, and it's only offered where it's clinically appropriate.
Who is it for?
Australian men, usually in their 30s to 50s, who feel tired, flat or low on drive and want to know if low testosterone is part of it.
How long does it all take?
Two minutes for the assessment. Your referral usually arrives within one business day, and most men see their doctor within 7 days of their blood test.
What if it turns out I'm not suitable?
You still get answers and a doctor explains what to look at next. Change your mind before your blood test and you get your $150 back.
Is it discreet?
Completely. It's all online, and your bank statement shows HMH Health.
Is it covered by Medicare or private health?
No. It's a private fee, which is how we keep it to one price with your blood test included.
I live outside a major city. Can I still use Helix?
Yes. Helix is online and Australia-wide, with 4,500+ collection centres nationally.
How is my information kept private?
It's handled by an Australian clinic under Australian privacy law, and only used to manage your care.
Who are the doctors?
Australian AHPRA-registered doctors who consult by video, led by our clinical lead Dr Tom Avery (MBBS, FRACGP).
Can I share my results with my GP?
Yes. Your results are yours, and we encourage it.
Low testosterone? Tired, flat and low on drive might not just be age.
